Fair Oaks Terrace

The majority of this home was existing so the details and proportions of the addition were designed to seamlessly tie in. The new addition consisted of a 1200 s.f. kitchen/family/master suite which moved the focus of the house to its opposite side. By 'flopping' the house, the client was able to take advantage of the property and inherent flow upon arrival.
